WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is a meditative immersion in vibrational instruments-crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. These frequencies calm the nervous system, balance energy, and facilitate emotional release.

Participants are invited to immerse themselves in waves of sound, which resonate deeply with the water in our bodies-around 70% of us-encouraging cellular regeneration, self-healing, and deep relaxation. The experience gently releases tension, regulates the nervous system, and grounds emotional energy. Many women report a profound sense of calm, balance, and reconnection with their inner wisdom.

Sound baths are especially nourishing for those feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected, offering a safe space to release what no longer serves, restore balance, and illuminate the inner light. It’s an invitation to slow down, receive, and remember the body’s natural ability to heal.

CAN YOU SHARE A SIMPLE DAILY PRACTICE THAT HAS IMPROVED YOUR LIFE?

Absolutely. I discovered the power of Morning Pages journaling, a simple daily ritual from ‘The Artist’s Way’ by Julia Cameron’s, a book which has transformed my life. By writing three pages each morning, I release mental clutter, ease anxiety, and unlock creativity.

Initially, I thought: “Three handwritten pages every morning? Who has time for that?” It felt unrealistic in a world that worships speed, productivity, and constant doing.

After nearly a year of daily practice, I can say with full conviction: this ritual has deeply transformed my life. It helps shift from mental noise to emotional clarity, one page at a time.

A gentle way to start:

  1. Set out your favorite journal and pen.

  2. Commit to just one morning.

  3. Wake up 30 minutes earlier.

  4. Write anything and everything for three pages—don’t read it. Just let it go.

  5. Repeat daily, building the habit one day at a time.

Morning Pages are not magic, but they create space where magic can happen. They’ve helped me soften, release, and reconnect, supporting the nervous system, deepening creativity, and fostering listening—not just to the mind, but to the soul.

PLEASE TELL US ABOUT THE YOGA YOU LOVE TO PRACTICE AND TEACH

I teach a blend of Kundalini yoga, meditation, yin techniques, sound & frequency work, and embodied practices. My practice often incorporates yin techniques, sounds, frequencies, and music for a journey of inner reconnection. It’s a transformative self-encounter to alchemize, channel, and anchor into your own energy and the energy of the present moment.

Using the wisdom of breath, movement, and relaxation, these classes help activate the body’s innate ability to self-adjust and integrate deeply. Each class is attuned to current energies-astrological transits, meridians, and body systems-fostering a continuous connection with your higher self, inner guidance, and mastery.

Every session is a self-encounter, supporting participants in reconnecting with their inner self and the energies of the present moment.

This isn’t just a phrase—it’s a path I’ve walked. Ten years ago, I burned out completely. On the outside, life looked beautiful—I was working in the fast-paced luxury fashion industry in Paris—but inside, I was collapsing. Chronic fatigue, anxiety, and disconnection took over.

It took years to feel at home within myself again. What saved me wasn’t a quick fix—it was a deep return to my body, emotions, and inner wisdom through somatic healing, EFT tapping, Kundalini yoga, and the profound medicine of sound.

These practices became lifelines. They helped me alchemize pain, meet discomfort with presence, rest without guilt, and soften without losing strength. That is what “Soften to Empower” means to me: not avoiding discomfort, but moving through it gently and honestly, until something new emerges.

LASTLY, WHAT IS ONE OF YOUR FAVORITE MODALITIES OR EXPERIENCES YOU GIVE TO OTHERS?

I love creating magical sound concerts—live immersive experiences that guide participants through an emotional and sensory progression. These concerts blend ancestral instruments—gongs, crystal bowls, flutes, sitar, violin, and world percussion—to create a deep vibrational landscape that soothes, awakens, and reconnects.

Beginning with grounding tones that calm the nervous system and quiet the mind, the concert gradually evolves into spacious, heart-opening frequencies and uplifting rhythms. This progression supports deep relaxation and clarity, culminating in a collective resonance that elevates and restores. Each performance is uniquely tailored to the energy of the moment and the intention of the gathering, creating a sacred atmosphere that touches the soul and harmonizes the group field.
