THE COLLECTIVE — RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
BY PURCHASING A RETREAT OR RELATED SERVICE FROM THE COLLECTIVE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to The Collective On Retreat (“The Collective”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing, registering for, or attending any of our retreats, classes, or services (the “Retreats”), you (the “Participant”, “you” or “user”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website or directly with The Collective.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of any aspects of the Retreats following any such change constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
● A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
● Full payment is required at least 45 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
● If full payment is not received by the above deadline, your spot may be forfeited without refund.
● Cash payments upon arrival are not accepted.
● You must sign and return the Liability Waiver and Retreat Agreement before the retreat start date to participate. These will be sent to you, via email prior to your arrival date.
3. ROOM ASSIGNMENTS
● All rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
● During the booking process you must indicate if you wish to share a room with specified guests. If you do not specify a roommate, The Collective will assign one for you at our discretion, unless you have paid for single occupancy.
● Room types and availability are subject to change without notice.

No refunds will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:
● Illness (including Covid or similar)
● Travel restrictions or delays
● Natural disasters
● Personal, family, or work emergencies
● Change of mind
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover these scenarios.

● Low attendance (e.g. less than 50% booked within 90 days of start date)

The Collective is not liable for any additional costs incurred by you, including flights, accommodation outside the retreat dates, or any other travel-related expenses.
For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding this Clause 5, if you have previously cancelled 60 days or fewer prior to the start date of the retreat, Clause 4 shall apply and all payments shall be non-refundable.
6. COVID-19 POLICY
● All deposits remain non-refundable regardless of Covid-related changes or cancellations.
● The Collective is not responsible for any illness, exposure, quarantine, or travel disruption related to Covid before, during, or after the retreat.
