THYME HOTEL

A PLACE SHAPED BY NATURE

Nestled in the rolling Cotswolds hills, Thyme is a breathtaking historic English country estate. Winding gravel pathways connect 17th century houses and cottages with meticulously-restored agricultural barns, all enveloped in a pristine 150-acre estate: a place to slow down, take Thyme and reconnect with nature.

The botanically inspired bedrooms are joyful with no two rooms being the same and graced with carefully sourced antique pieces.

Rooted in a passion for the local land, food and entertaining, Thyme’s carefully curated menus tell a story of the farm and seasons. Under the direction of Charlie Hibbert, the chefs and gardeners at Thyme work together to select and grow the fruits, vegetables and herbs used to create his modern British countryside fare.

The Meadow Spa is an idyllic haven of peace and tranquility, nurturing beauty from within. The Meadow Cottage and the Botanical Bothy: is the perfect space to offer our specially curated treatments for this retreat.

THE YOGA

with Rachael Richards

Rachael Richards is an incredibly experienced yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator. Her teaching is rooted in a deeply embodied, mindful approach that encourages students to tune into their breath, connect with their bodies and return to themselves with gentleness and awareness.

Rachael’s path into wellbeing began after studying at Oxford and then starting an early career as a lawyer. Yoga and breathwork became essential tools for navigating the physical, emotional and mental pressures of a demanding corporate life, ultimately inspiring her to shift direction and create a space where others could access these same benefits.

Rachael draws on a blend of restorative, somatic and breath-led practices. Her teaching balances ease with gentle challenge, effort with spaciousness, and always meets women exactly where they are.

We love her for her calm presence, supportive teaching style and ability to create a truly nurturing environment, women leave feeling more grounded, centred and connected - physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Rachael will guide the yoga and breathwork on this intimate retreat, holding space for experienced yogis and complete beginners, she brings warmth, authenticity and a genuine passion for helping others feel whole again.

THE INTUITION

with Natalie Miles

Natalie Miles is an internationally recognised intuition coach and the best-selling author of You Are Intuitive. Trust Your Truth. Take Back Your Power. She is also the creator of The Intuitive Foundation, written with the intention of helping women reconnect with their innate inner wisdom. Natalie offers practical frameworks, compassionate guidance, and supportive tools that empower individuals to listen to their intuition and make aligned, conscious choices. Rather than giving fixed answers, she invites people to find clarity and confidence in their own truth.

In her dedicated workshop on retreat, Natalie will explore how intuition can become a powerful asset in our working lives - helping us navigate difficult decisions, bring deeper self-trust to leadership, and develop a new skill set for managing the inevitable ups and downs of business.

Natalie will also help to ‘Activate your Intuition’. You will learn more about harnessing the energetics of your business to create success. We will look at what the energy of 2026 means for your career and Natalie will also excitingly channel for the group in this workshop. A  believer that intuition is not mystical or exclusive, but a natural capacity available to everyone. Through her teaching, she becomes a “door-opener” for others to rediscover their inner truth.

We love the way Natalie holds a safe, grounded and nurturing space where people can reconnect with their inner knowing, heal, and step into their authenticity. During the retreat, there will also be an opportunity to book one of her highly sought-after 1:1 readings, as she is also an accomplished and respected psychic medium.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s US wellness brand Goop recognised Natalie’s workshops as among the finest offerings for cultivating intuition.

THE SOUND CEREMONY

with Vadoma

Vadoma is a passionate sound-healing practitioner and creative guide devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves through vibration, voice, and intention. She studied and immersed herself in sound-healing practices, by combining live vocal harmonics, ambient instruments, and consciously held space, she will offer us a carefully choreographed “sound-bath” ceremony designed to guide us gently into rest, release, and inner clarity.

Her work draws on ancient traditions - bowls, gongs - and modern understandings of how sound can influence brainwave patterns to reduce stress and support emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. These soundbaths are intimate,  where attendees are welcomed into a cocoon of softness and sound. She believes deeply that everyone has their own vibration, and when that vibration finds harmony through sound, it opens you to healing, presence, and transformation.
